Our client, a well known building management service located in Jabodetabek is seeking
for a dynamic and communicative person as Fit Out Coordinator
Responsibilities:
To coordinate all related things to tenants fit out process in according to ensure that
tenants fit out process is going well and on schedule.
Job requirements:
Male/Female, min 30 years old
Associate / bachelor degree of Architecture, Civil or Electrical Engineering
Has working experience in a same capacity at least 2 years
preferably with property or building management background
Experience in retail fit out is preferable
Dynamics, self motivated & good analytical thinking
Good communication skill in English and Bahasa
Computer literate (Ms. Office, Auto Cad, 3D Max)
